College Football Rankings: Madness Likely

The Deep Dish was hoping to make a much bigger deal out of the rankings this week, because had Northwestern upset Michigan State, they certainly would have jumped into the Top 25.

But with the upset of Oklahoma -- ranked No. 1 in the BCS standings but No. 2 in other polls -- there's been a fair amount of shifting around. Confused yet? Just wait until the BCS standings come out later today; Boise State ranks No. 2 in both the AP Poll and the USA Today coaches poll, but somehow you'd figure the BCS, in an attempt to prevent the Little Blue Field Team That Could from getting into the title game, will find a way to make them third.

Or something like that. Full rankings after the jump.
