Alabama is favored to win the 2013 BCS National Championship game on Monday.

The Alabama Crimson Tide is a 9.5-point favorite to beat the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the 2013 BCS National Championship game on Monday. The line originally opened with the Crimson Tide favored by 8.5-points but has since further shifted in Alabama's favor.

The over/under currently sits at 40.5 points, as the game features the top two defenses in the country. The Fighting Irish allowed 10.3 points per game this season, which ranks first in the country, while Alabama's 10.7 points allowed is second.

Alabama is attempting to win its second-consecutive national title and its third in four years. Notre Dame is participating in its first national championship game since 1988.
