Notre Dame will try to improve to 9-0 on the season this Saturday.
Notre Dame will attempt to remain unbeaten when they host Pittsburgh at home on Saturday.
The Fighting Irish are coming off a 30-13 victory over Oklahoma in Norman, Okla. last Saturday to improve to 8-0 on the season and third in the BCS standings.
Notre Dame's defense is giving up just 9.9 points per game which ranks second in the country behind No. 1 Alabama. Alabama is only giving up 8.1 points per game.
Northwestern has a bye this week before they travel to Michigan to take on the Wolverines at the Big House on Nov. 10.
