Illinois Vs. Indiana Final Score: Hoosiers Take Down Illini, 84-71

The Illinois Fighting Illini were looking to upset the Indiana Hoosiers on the road in Assembly Hall. The Illini trailed by just two points, 38-36, at halftime but couldn't slow down the Hoosiers in the second half. The Hoosiers poured on 46 points in the second to take home the 84-71 victory over Illinois and improve to 7-6 in the Big 10.

With the loss however, Illinois falls to 5-6 in the Big 10 and lose their second conference match up in a row. In the loss, D.J. Richardson led the Illini in scoring with 19 points while center Meyers Leonard picked up 17 points and 3 blocks on the night. For Indiana, Cody Zeller led the way with 22 points while Christian Watford and Victor Oladipo each picked up 18 points and 5 rebounds.
