Illinois Vs. Purdue Preview: Fighting Illini Host Boilermakers In Key Big Ten Game

Illinois hosts Purdue in a pivotal Big Ten game on Wednesday night.

With a loss on the road at Michigan last Sunday, the Fighting Illini dropped to 5-7 in the Big Ten, which makes Wednesday night's game against Purdue all the more important. Illinois is looking to restore confidence after losing six of its last seven games, and beyond that, the team's NCAA tournament fate is up in the air.
