The Chicago White Sox look to split their series with the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday afternoon. The White Sox will send Jose Quintana (5-2, 2.86 ERA) to the mound to take on Zach Britton (3-1, 5.59 ERA) for the Orioles. Britton has been hot for Baltimore, winning both of his last two starts in impressive fashion.

The White Sox will only make one change to its lineup from Wednesday; recently called-up infielder Jose Lopez will start at third base in place of Kevin Youkilis. Matt Wieters is getting the day off for Baltimore.
