According to Dylan Hernandez of the L.A. Times, the Chicago White Sox have sent SS/2B Osvaldo Martinez -- or Ozzie Martinez -- to the Los Angeles Dodgers:
#Dodgers have acquired minor league infielder Ozzie Martinez from the #WhiteSox in exchange for cash considerations.

The 24-year-old infielder has struggled in his second season at the Triple-A level. In 230 plate appearances, Martinez owns a miserable .178/.221/.229 slash line with just 4 steals and no home runs.
In the 2011 minor league season, Martinez put up a .245/.296/.322 slash, but still earned a callup with the now-Miami Marlins. He appeared in 20 games for the Fish and registered only 3 singles -- no walks -- win 23 plate appearances.
