White Sox lefty John Danks is getting closer to a return to the team, but before he comes back to Chicago he's going to make a rehab start for the triple-A Charlotte Knights. According to Danks, that start is scheduled for Tuesday, June 12 against the Columbus Clippers.

Danks has not pitched in a game for Chicago since May 19; he has a 5.72 ERA with 30 strikeouts and 23 walks in 53-2/3 innings this season.
Jose Quintana has been making starts in Danks' stead for the White Sox.
