2012 MLB Draft Results: White Sox Select Infielder Joey DeMichele At No. 108

With the 108th pick in the 2012 MLB Draft, the Chicago White Sox selected 2B/3B Joey DeMichele out of Arizona State University. DeMichele is reputed to have good power and solid defense,

The White Sox selected outfielder Courtney Hawkins from Carroll High School (TX) with the No. 13 overall pick and first baseman Keon Barnum out of King High School in Florida with the No. 48 overall selection on Monday. They opened the action on Tuesday by taking RHP Chris Beck from Georgia Southern University at No. 76 overall.
