Chicago White Sox utility infielder Eduardo Escobar replaced Kevin Youkilis at third base after the top of the fifth inning of Friday night's game vs. the New York Yankees, but thankfully for White Sox fans there is nothing to worry about. Youkilis has battled injuries this season, but on Friday night he left thanks to a much more common occurrence: an upset stomach.

Youkilis left the game with the White Sox up 7-6. Youkillis didn't have a hit on the night, but he did drive in a run with a groundout in the third inning that scored second baseman Gordon Beckham.
