Brewers Vs. White Sox Score Update: Scoreless Tie After Six Innings

Stay connected for news and updates

The Chicago White Sox and Milwaukee Brewers are knotted up in a scoreless tie after six innings on Sunday afternoon as Jose Quintana continues his surprising success this season. Unfortunately, the White Sox haven't gotten much done against Brewers starter Mike Fiers in what's ultimately become a pitcher's duel.

The White Sox had two runners on with two outs in the bottom of the third inning, but Adam Dunn grounded out to second base to end the threat. Fiers has allowed just three hits and a walk over five innings, striking out four. Quintana has been nearly as good, though, allowing five hits over six scoreless innings with three strikeouts so far.

Gordon Beckham has two of Chicago's three hits plus a stolen base, with Orlando Hudson adding the third hit. Aramis Ramirez and Norichika Aoki have hit doubles for Milwaukee.
