John Danks has been scratched from his next scheduled start and placed on the disabled list. Jose Quintana will be called up and get the start in Danks' place on Friday. Danks is out because of some soreness in his left shoulder, and according to Mark Gonzalez, the Sox pitcher is hoping for a return in early June.
