The White Sox start a three-game series with the Kansas City Royals on Friday.
Last we saw the Chicago White Sox, Jake Peavy and Adam Dunn were keying an 8-1 win over the division-leading Cleveland Indians on Wednesday. While Peavy and Dunn have each turned in surprisingly successful starts to the 2012 season, the Sox still can't seem to get any real momentum going. Perhaps that will change this weekend as the Kansas City Royals come to U.S. Cellular Field for a three-game series. Chicago enters at 15-17 overall. On Friday, they'll go for their third consecutive victory.
The Royals enter at 11-19 overall, but defeated the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Kansas City will start Felipe Paulino, who enters at 1-0 on the season. Gavin Floyd, who is 2-3, will start for Chicago.
Game Date & Time: Friday, May 11, 7:05 p.m. CT
Location: U.S. Cellular Field; Chicago, IL
TV: CSN-Chicago
