The Chicago White Sox (5-10) send lefty SP Chris Sale to the mound on Monday afternoon as he looks to improve against the Cincinnati Reds (7-10).
Sale has started two games for the White Sox so far this spring, allowing 3 ER in 3.0 and 5 ER in 4.1 IP. Sale is transitioning to the bullpen this season after pitching in relief during 2010 and 2011. Sale throws a four-seem fastball, two-seem fastball, slider and changeup, and he has been dominant through his young MLB career with a 2.58 ERA and 3.03 FIP.
