According to Jon Morosi of FOX Sports, the respective team managers have released their lineup cards, revealing a particular bias to the Central and East:

OF Ryan Braun, OF Carlos Beltran and SS Rafael Furcal makeup the NL Central representatives, while SS Derek Jeter, 2B Robinson Cano, OF Jose Bautista, DH David Ortiz and OF Curtis Granderson all hail from the AL East.
