Chicago Cubs manager Dale Sveum threatened disciplinary action after Starlin Castro committed a mental error during a game against the San Francisco Giants on Monday, but Castro is in the lineup for the Tuesday's game against the Brewers. The Cubs are trying to end a four-game losing streak.
