The Cubs begin a series against the Milwaukee Brewers on Tuesday.
Ryan Dempster will make his 10th start of the season for the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday, and he's still looking for his first victory. The 35-year old righty takes the mound at Miller Park against Yovani Gallardo and the Milwaukee Brewers with impressive numbers: a 2.90 ERA and 1.15 WHIP. Still, Dempster is 0-3 and will now face the tall task of trying to break the Cubs' 11-game road losing streak.
Gallardo has been up-and-down this season. The 26-year old righty enters at 4-4 with a 4.22 ERA and 1.45 WHIP. Gallardo has faced the Cubs just once this year, earning a victory in a 2-1 Brewers win on April 11.
Game date/time: Tuesday, June 5, 7:10 p.m. CT
Location: Miller Park, Milwaukee, WI
TV: WGN
