Kevin Youkilis Trade Rumors: White Sox Among Teams Interested In Boston Infielder, According To Report

According to a report from FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal and John Paul Morosi, the Boston Red Sox are actively shopping veteran Kevin Youkilis to anyone who will listen. They're also willing to include cash in a deal. The Chicago White Sox are one of the teams that have expressed interest in acquiring the 1B/3B.

The Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Pirates are among the teams with varying levels of interest in acquiring Youkilis, sources say.

Between Brent Morel and Orlando Hudson, the White Sox have gotten very little at the plate from their third basemen this season. Youkilis is having a poor year himself, but could still be considered an upgrade over what is currently on hand.
