Paul Blackburn Contract: RHP Agrees To Deal With Cubs Worth $911,700

Baseball America's Jim Callis is reporting that the Chicago Cubs and high school RHP Paul Blackburn have agreed to a deal worth $911,700. Blackburn was the No. 56 overall selection in the 2012 MLB Draft.

According to Baseball America's draft database, the Cubs have signed five of the players they selected in the first 10 rounds. They have not yet agreed to terms with their first two picks, Albert Almora and Pierce Johnson.
