While the Chicago White Sox are in the market for acquiring talent of any kind in the upcoming 2012 MLB Draft, the Chicago Cubs will have a particular focus on the pitching side of talent:

The 2012 Rule 4 Draft in June will make the first draft conducted by GM Jed Hoyer and President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein since taking over the club in the recent offseason. The duo worked with the Red Sox for nearly a decade, drafting -- among others -- CL Jonathan Papelbon, 2B Dustin Pedroia and CF Jacoby Ellsbury.
