Trying to find some sort of consistency on offense, the Chicago Cubs continue to toy with their batting order as they face the Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday. Joe Mather is once again batting third in the lineup after David DeJesus and Starlin Castro as the team faces Pirates starter Kevin Correia.
On their longest losing streak since 1997, the Cubs have been working to change their formula, but it's proving to be a long-term process like many expected. Facing Correia may help, though, as the Pirates pitcher has lost each of his past five outings.
