Cubs Spring Training 2012: Cubs Face Rangers And White Sox In Split Squad Action

The Chicago Cubs will be in action twice today, with one of its squads taking on the Texas Rangers and the other taking on the Chicago Cubs. Here is schedule and broadcast info for both match ups:

Rangers at Cubs

Time: 3:05 p.m. CT

Location: Cashman Field, Las Vegas, Nevada

TV: Fox Sports Southwest, MLB.tv

Chris Volstad will be on the hill for the Cubs on Sunday, and he's been stellar this spring, giving up three hits and no earned runs in six innings while striking out four and not walking a batter. But the Rangers and their potent line up (or at least whichever part of it shows up in Vegas this afternoon) will be as tough of a test as he's faced this spring.

White Sox at Cubs

Time: 3:05 p.m. CT

Location: Hohokam Park, Mesa, Ariz.

Radio: 670 WSCR AM, MLB.com

The crosstown rivals have met once this spring, with the White Sox coming out on top 5-1 on March 9.
