The Houston Rockets will likely sign Bulls restricted free agent Omer Asik to an offer sheet on Friday as expected, according to a report from Mark Berman.
Per NBA sources: Rockets will sign Bulls RFA center Omer Asik to an offer sheet this afternoon. Chicago will have 3 days to match.

The Bulls will have three days to contemplate matching the three-year, backloaded offer Asik is getting from the Rockets. The deal, worth $25 million in total, will pay Asik $15 million in the third year.
Asik averaged 3.1 points and 5.3 rebounds per game during the 2011-12 season.
