The Chicago Bulls are down 3-1 to the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Chicago Bulls are in a position that would have seemed incredibly unlikely a couple of weeks ago -- not only down 3-1 in the first round, but without Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah as well. If they are to extend their season, they'll have to find a way to bounce back and beat the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 5 on Tuesday night.
