Things once again don't look rosy for the Chicago Bulls as they trail 24-15 to the Philadelphia 76ers after one quarter in Game 4. A loss on Sunday would put Chicago down 3-1 in the seven-game series, seemingly making it likely that a major first round upset would be in the works.
Without Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah, who are both out with injuries, the Bulls have been especially bad on offense. After one quarter, Chicago is shooting just 28 percent without two of its best ball handlers, struggling to really get anything going. The Sixers are shooting 41 percent and have the rebounding advantage.
