It's official: Chicago Bulls center Omer Asik will replace injured center Joakim Noah in the Bulls' starting line up for Game 4 of the team's first round playoff match up vs. the Philadelphia 76ers.

Thibodeau has chosen continuity in deciding to start Asik, but if the Bulls continue to struggle mightily with Derrick Rose, Thibodeau may be forced to give a majority of the minutes to more offensive-minded players like Taj Gibson or even Brian Scalabrine. But in the meantime, the Bulls will rely on its vaunted defense, of which Asik is an integral part.
