Rip Hamilton Injury Update: Players Say Shoulder Injury To Hamilton "Looked Serious"

Stay connected for news and updates

Chicago Bulls guard Richard Hamilton exited Monday night's 92-72 victory over the Indiana Pacers at the United Center in the first minutes of the first quarter with an apparent shoulder injury. According to K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune, Hamilton will be re-evaluated tomorrow. Hamilton's Bulls teammates said the injury "looked serious"

Hamilton has been slowly integrated back into the Chicago lineup since returning from a groin injury last Tuesday in a win over the New Orleans Hornets. Hamilton -- the lone major addition for the Bulls this season -- has played only 15 games this year and is averaging 12 points per contest.
