Bulls Vs. Pacers Score Update: Chicago Trails By One At Half

Little has gone right for the Chicago Bulls through the first half of their Monday night matchup with the Indiana Pacers. Richard Hamilton left in the first quarter with a shoulder injury, and team stars Derrick Rose, Luol Deng, and Carlos Boozer are each struggling. Somehow, the Bulls head into halftime down only one, as they trail the Pacers at the United Center 43-42.

Rose, Deng, and Boozer have combined to shoot 3-for-21 from the field. Deng still has seven points and four rebounds, but Rose and Boozer each only have two points John Lucas III came off the bench late in the first quarter to score nine points on 4-of-5 shooting. Joakim Noah has six points and eight rebounds for Chicago.

Paul George has 11 points for the Pacers. Guard George Hill came off the bench to score 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting. Danny Granger has nine points at the half for Indy.
