The Bulls may be without PG Derrick Rose yet again, but can they overcome the high-powered Nuggets offense without him?

The Bulls narrowly beat the Toronto Raptors on Saturday night, winning in a last-second tip in from SF Luol Deng. On Monday night, the Bulls face a Nuggets team that leads the NBA in points per game with 103.6 and shoots a third-best .469 shooting percentage.
The Nuggets, who also allow a second-most 102.5 points per game, will have a unique challenge facing a Bulls defense that has allowed the second-least points in the league with just 88.7 points per game.
