Bulls Vs. Jazz Halftime Score: Chicago Leads 48-41

The Chicago Bulls are without Luol Deng on Saturday night, but as has been the case throughout the year, they've done a good job playing through their injury problems. Tonight they have a 48-41 lead on the Utah Jazz at halftime.

Carlos Boozer had a very good half, scoring 14 points on 7-10 shooting. He also pulled down six rebounds. Kyle Korver has 10 for Chicago, while Derrick Rose scored nine points on 3-7 shooting. As a team, the Bulls hit 48.8% of their shots in the half.

Paul Millsap and Al Jefferson are in double figures for Utah, with 14 points and 10 points, respectively.
