Derrick Rose Injury Update: Rose Expects Update on Tuesday

As the Chicago Bulls return to the Windy City for a short homestand, most fans have their mind less on who the Bulls will be playing, and whether or not they'll be playing with star point guard Derrick Rose. Rose and the team have been relatively mum on the status of his back spasms, which have now held him out for two straight games, and that shifty silence doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon.

In an interview with CSN Chicago, Rose said that he will visit a doctor early this week and hopes to have an update on his status by Tuesday, when the team will take on the Sacramento Kings. With the Bulls losing to the Boston Celtics on Sunday, Rose may be targeting the teams' rematch this Wednesday as the point of his return. "It's just tough missing games, period," Rose said after the loss to Boston. "Especially against a good team like this, it's just tough not being out there."
