Bulls Vs. Bobcats Score Update: Chicago Takes Commanding 56-34 Lead Into Halftime

The Chicago Bulls built on a 14-point first quarter lead and appear to be en route to an easy win over the Charlotte Bobcats even without Derrick Rose in the lineup. Luol Deng and Joakim Noah are in double figures for the Bulls with 10 points apiece, while C.J. Watson -- who started in place of Rose -- has five points and a pair of assists.

Chicago shot 49% overall and 50% from three-point range in the first half.

The Bobcats hit just a third of their field goal attempts in the half and no Charlotte player is in double figures.
