Derrick Rose Injury: Point Guard Will Miss Friday's Game Against Charlotte

The Chicago Bulls have made the decision to rest Derrick Rose during Friday night's game against the 3-22 Charlotte Bobcats. C.J. Watson will get the start in Rose's place.

Rose missed the second half of Chicago's game in New Jersey on Monday night with back spasms, but he was able to play against New Orleans on Wednesday night, though he was limited to about 22 minutes of playing time. The Bulls had no trouble winning either of those two games.
