Tonight, during TNT's national NBA doubleheader, the starters for the NBA All-Star game will be announced. The Bulls' Derrick Rose is expected to be one of the starting guards, the first time since Michael Jordan that the Bulls will have a starter in the game. Meanwhile, the Bulls (and Blackhawks) again have today off.

6 p.m., ESPN: College basketball, Michigan at Michigan State.

7 p.m., TNT: NBA, Heat at Knicks. LeBron James took his talents to South Beach. Chris Bosh joined him and Dwyane Wade. And for all that, the Heat has a record half a game better than the Bulls.

8 p.m., Big Ten Network: College basketball, No. 21 Illinois at Indiana.

9:30 p.m., TNT: NBA, Celtics at Trail Blazers.

10 p.m., ESPN2: College basketball, No. 24 St. Mary's at Gonzaga. Well, that's a switch -- Gonzaga, the unranked, facing the upstart St. Mary's, now ranked.
