Chicago Blackhawks winger Patrick Kane has been the news for all the wrong reasons since the 'Hawks were eliminated in the first round of the 2012 NHL Playoffs by the Phoenix Coyotes.

A May excursion in Madison, Wisconsin resulted in numerous drunk photos of the Chicago star which of course went viral on the Internet. As an organization, the Blackhawks have vowed they handled the situation internally and hope Kane will soon be able to change his behavior.

On Monday, Kane found more support in the form of teammate Jonathan Toews. The Blackhawks' captain says he has Kane's back.

"The guys on our team are behind him, he's been through some tough things," Toews said. "I think he's still learning and it's just unfortunate that now people are looking for it, and it tends to be easier for them to find it.

"People want to get to know him off the ice and they want to see what he's like, and next thing you know you're under the microscope. There are a lot of 23, 24-year old guys out there and they don't have to worry about that sort of thing. He does, I know it's tough on him."
