Game 5 is set for Saturday night in Phoenix.
All four games in this series have gone to overtime, and on three occasions it was a late goal by the Blackhawks that forced extra time. But Chicago has lost three of those four sudden death contests so far, and the Blackhawks must find a way to reverse their fortunes against Mike Smith and the Coyotes in Game 5 or their season will be over.

They'll be without forward Marian Hossa, who isn't traveling with the team after suffering an injury on a brutal hit in Game 3.
