Blackhawks Vs. Predators Final Score: Nashville Routs Chicago, 6-1

The Chicago Blackhawks saw their five game winning streak snapped on Sunday night, as they fell victim to the Nashville Predators, losing 6-1.

Patric Hornqvist earned three stars in the winning effort for the Predators. Hornqvist registered a goal and an assist in the blowout win for Nashville.

Chicago didn't seem to have an answer for Nashville goaltender Pekka Rinne, who stopped 24 of the 25 shots that came his way. Chicago's only goal was scored by Viktor Stalberg in the third period, after the Blackhawks were already down 4-0.

Nashville's win created some separation between the two teams in the Western Conference standings, as the Predators currently are holding onto the fourth seed with 96 points. With the loss, the Blackhawks are still holding onto the sixth seed with 92 points.

Chicago's next contest will come on Tuesday night, as the Blackhawks head to New Jersey to take on the Devils.
