ANALYSIS: Brian Campbell Says Blackhawks Aren't Working Hard Enough

The Blackhawks lost for the second time in nine days to one of the worst teams in the league, the Edmonton Oilers — a team that had won only three road games since last December before coming into the friendly (for them) United Center, this time by allowing two goals within the span of 14 seconds in the third period. Blackhawks defenseman Brian Campbell didn’t mince words:

‘’Obviously we didn’t get the job done tonight, and that is getting a little old,‘’ defenseman Brian Campbell said. ’’Losing two games to these guys in our own building is not a good thing. Losing two games to any team in our own building in a matter of two weeks … it’s unacceptable. We’ve got to get a little mad in this locker room and go out there and win some more battles.’’

Here’s more from Campbell via CSN Chicago:

The Blackhawks will host the Phoenix Coyotes at the United Center on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m.
