According to Chicago Bears beat writer, Larry Mayer, Chicago has agreed to terms with CB Jeremy Ware while releasing kicker Dave Teggart:

Ware entered the NFL via the 2010 NFL Draft as a 7th round selection by the Oakland Raiders. The 25-year-old corner played three seasons with the Michigan St. Spartans, collecting 2 interceptions and 13 pass deflections. He appeared in 8 games for the Raiders in 2010, deflecting 3 passes and intercepting another, but was waived before the 2011 NFL season.
Teggart, an undrafted free agent product from the Connecticut Huskies, finished his four-year collegiate career with a 76.3 completion rate.
