ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall is not going to be charged by New York City police for an incident at a nightclub back in March.

During the incident, it was alleged that Marshall hit a woman in the face, but according to a report earlier in the week, police having a hard time finding strong evidence of this particular altercation. Marshall has maintained his innocence throughout the investigation.
