With the 111th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Chicago Bears have selected Evan Rodriguez, a tight end prospect from Temple. The 6-foot-1, 239-pound TE was rated as the No. 144 overall prospect in the 2012 Draft and the No. 7 tight end by SB Nation's Mocking The Draft. Rodriguez is known as a versatile player that could be best suited to play the H-back position in the NFL, as he is a bit undersized to be an every-down tight end and struggles to make quick cuts in his routes, according to Mocking The Draft's quick scouting report.
The Bears still hold the following picks:
Round 6, Pick No. 14, No. 184 Overall
Round 7, Pick No. 13, No. 220 Overall
