News broke earlier that the Chicago Bears signed WR/KR Eric Weems to a three-year deal, and now the terms of the deal have been reported. According to the Sun-Times' Sean Jensen:

Weems spent the last five seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, where he served primarily as a kick returner. He also earned a Pro Bowl selection in 2010; that year, he averaged over 27 yards per kick return and brought one back for a touchdown.
He has 24 receptions for 205 yards in his career.
