Jason Campbell Contract: QB, Chicago Bears Agree On 1-Year Deal

According to reports earlier Tuesday, the Chicago Bears were pursuing quarterback Jason Campbell, and now the team has officially announced Campbell's addition.

Terms for the deal have not been disclosed at this point; Campbell is coming in with the expectation that he will serve as Jay Cutler's backup.

The 31-year-old quarterback has spent the last two seasons with the Oakland Raiders. In 2011, Campbell threw for 1,170 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions in six games played. Prior to the stint in Oakland, he spent four years with the Redskins.
