The Chicago Bears appear to have interest in free agent defensive end Mario Williams, but though Williams is planning to meet with the Buffalo Bills, and the Tribune's Brad Biggs isn't optimistic about Chicago's chances at this point.

Williams, who has spent the last six seasons with the Houston Texas, has 53 sacks in 82 career games. He missed the majority of the 2011 season after tearing a pectoral muscle.
