Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sports

The Bears need the Packers to beat the Vikings, but Green Bay isn't off to a very good start.

The Chicago Bears will make the playoffs if Green Bay beats Minnesota, but early on, it's not looking good for the Bears.

Led by Adrian Peterson, the Vikings got off to a fast start and lead the Packers 13-0 in the second quarter. Peterson already has 68 yards and a touchdown as Minnesota has dominated early on. The Packers have run just 11 total plays thus far, picking up one first down. Green Bay had just 11 total yards at the end of the first quarter, compared to 135 for the Vikings.

Green Bay had a little more success on their first drive of the second quarter, but was still unable to get on the scoreboard. Aaron Rodgers has completed 4 of 6 passes, but for just 25 yards. While the game hasn't started well for the Packers, Green Bay still has plenty to play for. The Packers can clinch the No. 2 seed in the NFC and a first round bye with a win.
