Chicago Bears cornerbacks Charles Tillman and Tim Jennings would make team history if they were both selected to the Pro Bowl.

Chicago Bears cornerbacks Charles Tillman and Tim Jennings have been making big plays all season long, and they are a huge reason the Bears have started the season 6-1. Their efforts could prove to be historic.

CSN Chicago's John "Moon" Mullin says that if both Tillman and Jennings make the Pro Bowl this season, it would be the first time in team history that two cornerbacks from the same Bears squad were chosen for the game.

As of now, there's a pretty good chance that both guys make it. Tillman just won the NFC Defensive Player of the Month award for October, one month after Jennings won it in September. Jennings leads the NFL with six interceptions, while Tillman has two, both returned for touchdowns. Tillman also has three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

There will be some good competition for the spots, with guys like San Francisco's Carlos Rogers and Arizona's Patrick Peterson both having good seasons. There's also the chance that Tillman and Jennings cancel out votes from each other.
