Phil Sears-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Jaguars wide receiver has suffered multiple concussions in 2012.

After missing all three practice sessions during the week, the Jacksonville Jaguars confirmed what most expected and declared wide receiver Laurent Robinson out for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Robinson left a Week 3 victory over the Colts with a concussion before returning for Week 4 against the Bengals. On his first catch of the game, he suffered another concussion and didn't return to the game. Robinson has recorded nine receptions for 134 yards through four games in 2012, but hasn't scored a touchdown.

Also missing for the home team in Week 5 will be Daryl Smith, a starting linebacker for the Jaguars that has yet to see the field in 2012 due to a groin injury suffered before the beginning of the regular season. Rounding out the injury report for the Jaguars is George Selvie listed as questionable. The defensive end has yet to see the field in 2012 after suffering an ankle sprain during the preseason.
