Lions vs. Bears: Ndamukong Suh doesn't faze Chicago's interior offensive linemen

Chicago Bears interior offensive lineman Lance Louis says Detroit Lions defensive tackles Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley are good, but that they aren't getting any special attention during preparations for Monday night.

Detroit Lions defensive tackles Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley are premium prospects with loads of talent, but Chicago Bears offensive guard Lance Louis says his unit isn't making any special preparations for the duo from Detroit. That's not to say Louis is trying to slight the Lions' defensive line in any way, it's more recognition from him that every game requires the same type of preparation and intensity. Here's how Louis shrugged off questions about Suh and Fairley on Thursday (via ESPN Chicago):

"They're a real good defensive line. We face good fronts every week. This is going to be no different, how we approach the game," Louis said. "We're just going to come out and focus and play our game. Fairley's gotten better. He's moving around better than last year and playing more physical. Suh's just a strong guy, (good) quickness. He's got a couple of moves he likes to go to.

They're not the only guys that can get down and really get after it. We're just looking forward to the challenge."

The good news for Louis and the Bears is that Jay Cutler is usually at his best against the Lions. In seven career games against Detroit, Cutler has completed 66.7 percent of his passes, thrown for 1,415 yards and produced 10 touchdowns to just one interception (cumulative 105.0 QB Rating).

However, in his last game against the Lions on Nov. 13, 2011, Cutler only managed 123 yards and a QB Rating of 68.5. Then again, the Bears won 37-13. They will certainly take a win any way they can get it when they host the Lions on Monday Night Football in Week 7.
