SB Nation Chicago has been collecting NFL Power Rankings from around the web for Week 16, finding out what the experts think about the Chicago Bears' recent four-game skid, and Pete Prisco of CBS Sports is next up. The Jay Cutler injury has been the source of much frustration in Chicago, leaving the team a shell of the 7-3 squad that emerged from the action in Week 11, and none of this has been lost on Prisco. He dropped the Bears six spots to No. 21 and has this to say:

21. Chicago Bears (7-7, LW: 15) Without Jay Cutler, we knew they would have problems. But did anybody think it would be this bad?

As for the rest of the NFC North, the Green Bay Packers stayed entrenched at No. 1, the Detroit Lions moved up two spots to No. 9 after taking a firm hold on an NFC Wildcard spot, and the Minnesota Vikings were left sitting at No. 30 overall.
