Pete Prisco of CBS Sports has released his Week 10 NFL Power Rankings, and he decided to bump the Chicago Bears up two spots from last week following their 30-24 Monday Night victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. Here is what Prisco had to say regarding his decision to put the Bears at No. 14:

At No. 14, the Bears are still out of the playoff picture according to the CBS Sports expert, as they are looking up at the Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers, New York Giants, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints.
Here is how the top-10 shakes out according to CBS Sports:
1. Green Bay Packers
2. San Francisco 49ers
3. New York Giants
9. New Orleans Saints
